1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use gharsegrow.in or buy the eBook “AI Marketing for Home Entrepreneurs in India” (“the eBook”) from (to be added), trading as GharSeGrow (“we”, “us”). By buying the eBook, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

2. The product

The eBook is a digital PDF of 45 pages, including the cover and back page, written in simple English. It is not a physical book, and nothing is shipped. The prompts, templates, calendar and checklists are all included inside the PDF.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in Indian rupees (₹) on the sales page. The final amount payable is shown on the payment provider’s checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and its own terms also apply to the payment.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, you are taken to a download page, where you can download or open the PDF. Please save a copy on your device. If you paid but cannot access the eBook, contact us with your payment reference and we will help.

5. Your licence to use the eBook

When you buy the eBook, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and use its ideas, prompts and templates for your own business. You may print pages such as the checklist and worksheet for your own use.

You may not:

• share, forward, upload or give the PDF or download link to others,
• resell, sublicense or distribute the eBook or its contents, in full or in part, or
• present the eBook or its contents as your own work or product.

The eBook, its text and its design are protected by copyright and belong to us.

6. Educational information only

The eBook provides general educational information about marketing using common apps and AI tools. It is not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Information about registrations, taxes and rules is general; please confirm it with official sources or a qualified professional.

No guaranteed results. Results depend on your products, prices, effort, location and market. We do not promise any specific number of customers, sales, income or time saved.

7. Third-party apps and tools

The eBook refers to third-party services such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Their features, free limits, prices and terms are set by them and may change at any time. Your use of them is under their own terms.

AI tools can produce incorrect content. You are responsible for checking and editing anything you publish or send to customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business, profit or data, arising from your use of the eBook or the third-party tools it mentions. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the eBook.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in (to be added) will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
